The Home Inspection Newsletter

For those of you who know me, I want say hello and introduce you to the Home Inspection Newsletter.    To those of you who I have not had pleasure of meeting, let me tell you about myself.  I have worked in construction for over 25 years  and am experienced in all phases of residential and commercial building, including electrical, plumbing, roofing and framing.       I currently hold a Class B California Contractors License and continue to work in the industry. I am also a Professional Home Inspector certified by the American Institute of Inspectors to inspect residential, modular, mobile, and commercial properties.    I trained with the American Institute of Inspectors. A national organization dedicated to training, providing continuing education, and setting inspection standards.
	These represent some of the the highest standards in the industry.    I am the current (2005) President of the Northern California Chapter of the AII. I proudly serve on the Food and Charities Committee as an affiliate of the Sutter Yuba Board of Realtors.	25 years of experience is not qualification enough to provide the top level of service your clients deserve.  Continuing education, in addition to initial training and certification, adds to the level of professionalism that goes into each report. Through this newsletter, I hope to share some of this information with you.

Introducing the "Home Inspection Newsletter"
“What does a home inspector do , and why do I need him to inspect my home!?”  Sound familiar?  They’re just two of the many questions every agent has been asked hundreds of times regarding home inspection.  They’re two questions that you may have asked yourself at one point or another.  The Associated Inspectors Newsletter is going to help you answer those questions and more. Once a month, we’ll present you with information regarding hazardous conditions, potential dangers, improper installations or common health and safety issues.  You’ll see pictures of these conditions and learn to spot them yourself.	We'll give you tips regarding simple home maintenance and repairs and answer common questions about home conditions in general.  Every newsletter will teach you something new about what it is exactly that a home inspector is trained and certified to look for and accurately report.	The most important thing an agent can do for a client is give them the peace of mind in knowing that the house they are buying is everything that they’ve hoped and been told it would be.  A professional home inspector can be one of your most valuable tools in assuring that.  Just knowing how to answer some of these questions yourself will give you and your client both more confidence in the sale.  This is a service we are happy and proud to provide for you, and look forward to helping build your clients’ peace of mind month by month.
