The newsletter's main purpose is to put your name, your logo, and your face in front of your clients once a month to reinforce your presence as the Professional Home Inspector. The articles are designed to educate, inform and entertain.

What do you have to do?
You need to secure your territory and provide us with your email client list. We help with the rest. That's it.

What do we do?
In short, we assist in designing your personalized headers and information bar. Produce an introductory issue (click here for sample) with your photo, logo, and information . After the introductory issue, we deliver your custom newsletter at the beginning of each month to your clients.

Introducing the "Home Inspection Newsletter"

“What does a home inspector do , and why do I need him to inspect my home!?” Sound familiar? They’re just two of the many questions every agent has been asked hundreds of times regarding home inspection. They’re two questions that you may have asked yourself at one point or another. The Associated Inspectors Newsletter is going to help you answer those questions and more. Once a month, we’ll present you with information regarding hazardous conditions, potential dangers, improper installations or common health and safety issues. You’ll see pictures of these conditions and learn to spot them yourself.

We'll give you tips regarding simple home maintenance and repairs and answer common questions about home conditions in general. Every newsletter will teach you something new about what it is exactly that a home inspector is trained and certified to look for and accurately report.

The most important thing an agent can do for a client is give them the peace of mind in knowing that the house they are buying is everything that they’ve hoped and been told it would be. A professional home inspector can be one of your most valuable tools in assuring that. Just knowing how to answer some of these questions yourself will give you and your client both more confidence in the sale.
